FROM ONE REACHING ONE TO ONE BUILDING ONE UP
1B1 Global Outreach began in 2016 as 1R1 Global Outreach, meaning “One Reaching One,” with a heart for outreach and serving others.
As the ministry grew and its leadership transitioned to Prophetess Jill Thomas, its assignment became clearer: not only reaching people, but helping women heal, grow, rediscover their God-given identity, and become strong enough to build others up.
From that journey emerged 1B1 Global Outreach: One Building One Up.
Today, 1B1 is a Christ-centered women's ministry committed to healing, restoration, discipleship, encouragement, spiritual growth, outreach, and helping women walk confidently in their God-given purpose.
THE ZAMBIA WATER INITIATIVE
From Compassion to Action
1B1 Global Outreach has begun assessing water-access needs in communities connected to our ministry relationships in Zambia. Working with local leaders, the ministry is gathering community-level information and photographic documentation to explore sustainable water filtration and clean-water solutions.
Initial assessments have identified communities where families rely on private boreholes, municipal taps, rainwater, hand-dug wells and streams, with some residents traveling significant distances to obtain water.
This developing initiative reflects the heart of One Building One Up: listening first, understanding the need, and pursuing responsible pathways toward meaningful action.

PROPHETESS JILL THOMAS
Prophetess Jill Thomas serves as the ministry leader of 1B1 Global Outreach Women's Ministry, stewarding an assignment centered on healing, restoration, spiritual growth, encouragement and purpose.
Her heart for ministry is rooted in helping women encounter Jesus Christ in the real places of life. Through prayer, biblical teaching, discipleship, outreach and compassionate service, Jill encourages women to move beyond what they have endured, discover who they are in Christ and grow into the women God has called them to become.
Under her leadership, 1B1 continues to develop as a place where women can be strengthened spiritually, supported through meaningful relationships and equipped to use their lives, gifts and experiences to strengthen others.
Jill's ministry also extends through Through God's Eyes, where biblical teaching and honest conversations bring help, healing and hope to both women and men navigating life's challenges.
